A beautiful facility and great employees. And when my home location - Milford - was inexplicably closed on Thanksgiving day morning (when other clubs weren't), the Novi crew kindly welcomed me to work out. Thank you.
It's a good planet fitness gym, but I noticed it's half to a third the size of the one in Milford. So if there's ever a rush and you need to use the cable machine, they only have two setups, so you better hope you get in there first or you could be waiting for a while :/
Other than that, very friendly staff and a very nice men's bathroom here (I can't speak for the women's bathroom for obvious reasons lol).
Recently went to this gym and immediately caught Covid. I was sick for almost 2 weeks and finally got back to myself. I went again and you’ll never guess… SICK AGAIN. Caught COVID for a second time after going to this gym. That lets you know how much they care about cleaning. Employees were literally HIDING in the locker rooms just to NOT do their jobs. (There were 4 people on shift and not a single one did their job). AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to any other location but close this one down. It’s not worth catching Covid or being ignored by employees. Management will just reply to my review and NOT DO A SINGLE THING TO IMPROVE!! P.S. ignore the fake 5 star reviews, this place IS NOT 5 star.
Gym is immaculate. Equipment is in excellent repair. And the staff are very helpful (the late night crew on the weekends). Love the hydro lounger after my workout!
This place is trashed all the time. Employees behind the counter on their phones doing nothing while trash is overflowing and bathrooms are disgusting and out of toilet paper. Shower curtains haven’t been cleaned or replaced at least in 6 months. Same disgusting grime on them every time I go in there. Tanning booth has butt prints all over it and it was there more than one day in a row. Manager said she was working to fix things but it seems that was a bust. The employees can’t even seem to get the hydro beds working. Tried 3 times and it still didn’t work and eventually just had to leave. On another occasion I wasn’t even acknowledged after waiting 8 minutes to use a hydro bed. I had to leave as I was on a time crunch, who knows if I ever would’ve been helped. On another occasion waited 10 minutes and all employees were nowhere to be found, called the number and nobody answered, definitely weren’t off cleaning. I would just go elsewhere IMO, I’m going to be switching locations.
Very chill environment I've never had or seen anyone have an issue. No free weights unfortunately but that's every planet fitness. Lunk alarm has never gone off here to my knowledge aside from occasional testing. Workers are very laid back and chill everything js clean
This is my home gym and am very happy with the staff and management. Cherron has made great strides in keeping the place clean and machines in good working order. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of woirking with their new personal trainer, Greg. He's amazing! He spoke to me at my level and listened to my concerns. I'm 47, newish to working out and not comfortable with my balance. He showed me ways to do squats and lunges with support. I've been using what he taught me and hobbling out of the gym because the exercises work. He's very knowledgable and shows concern. I can't wait to try some of his open classes. Thanks to all the staff at this location!!
